​Who We Are

​We are committed to helping children, fathers, mothers, and our community recognize their nobility. 

This company was started as a response to students and teachers struggling in the areas of math. After helping over 450 teachers pass the Praxis exam, we expanded our services from professional development for teachers and students to including mentoring young boys and men in our community. As a result of our work with our local community, we have had the opportunity to work with faith based organizations, community outreach  organizations, and families. Through our work, we have empowered students, mothers, and fathers to critically look at their situation.

One of the key aspects of our program is helping fathers and young men understand the role they must play in the process of positively impacting our community.

We often use story telling to help people understand the role they must play in their success process. Throughout the lesson we help people recognize the lion that it is hidden within themselves. Each lesson, session, or engagement helps to change the paradigm of our participants. The participants leave empowered and are aware of their responsibility to give back to others in their community. 
Many of the sessions are taught through the use of lessons on lions vs. hyenas, eagles vs pigeons, and the collective power of water.  ​
